Cindy started her career after graduating from Michael Taylor Institute of Hair Design in 1991. She excelled as a hairstylist at Michael of the Carlyle. Her love for Cosmetology grew when furthering her education as a trainer/educator at Michael of the Carlyle. She continued her journey as a master hair designer, nail technician, and educator. After having three beautiful children to raise, she needed a flexible schedule and transitioned her attention as a full cosmetologist at Salon Deroge in Littleton, Colorado for 20 years. After meeting and learning from some of the most amazing hair designers and educators at Salon Deroge, she realized that there was something missing. The ultimate reward: owning her own salon! Thus, she opened Serenity Salon. As the growth of her new salon progressed, Cindy commuted down to Littleton as well. Finally, she knew it was time to make the decision to solely concentrate on her priority: Serenity Salon in Bailey. Cindy has resided in Bailey, Colorado for over 30 years and could not be more proud of her hometown and community! The people of Bailey are her family, and she will immensely treasure her involvement with them! Cindy has been the owner/founder of Serenity Salon since April 2011. As a successful thriving salon owner, Cindy continues to further her passion in the beauty industry working with the thing that makes her most happy: HER CLIENTS!
Dru Folger

Dru is a Colorado native who enjoys bringing excitement, creativity, and style to his business and clients. He believes educational excellence and attention to detail are the finest ways to hone his technique and has completed multiple extensive training programs. Dru began his career organizing and managing an editorial team for fashion shows. In 2011 Dru came to work with Cindy Folger and together they established Serenity Salon, bringing his expertise to his hometown of Bailey, Colorado. Dru specializes in hair cuts, color, and styling, using his considerable skill set to help clients find the perfect hairstyle for their face shape and hair texture. When he's not making the citizens of Bailey look and feel their best, Dru can be found hiking, camping, loving the sunshine, and enjoying the local attractions with his wife and two dogs.

Hiya, I'm Gail, formally trained hairdresser/barber since 1983 from Manchester, England. My mum said "I never had a dolly with hair for very long..." so it was the path I followed. In England I was the proud owner of 2 salons and I regulated hairdressers that were training students in-house for Start Training Adult Educational Programs. Then I moved to Colorado in 2000 and went to work for Antoine Du Chez .. within a year I was part of their Photographic Team and was lucky enough to cut and color the models chosen to be displayed in their salons. I went on to give classes in the techniques used. After owning my own school and many life changes I'm now offering my services now here in Bailey. I look forward to meeting you.

Hi, I’m Shaely! I’m Serenity Salon’s Media Manager and Website Developer/Administrator. I’m a Colorado native, and Bailey has been home for as long as I can remember.
I’m also the incredibly proud daughter of Serenity Salon’s owner, Cindy Folger. I grew up watching my mom pour her heart into what she does, and she has taught me so much along the way. From the ins and outs of the beauty industry to kindness, compassion, hard work, and genuinely caring for others. Much of who I am today is because of her.
Outside of the salon, I’m a Physician Assistant specializing in psychiatry. While my career has taken me in a different direction, I still love being part of Serenity Salon and helping my mom behind the scenes with our website, social media, and all things creative.
I love getting to support my mom, our amazing salon family, and the small-town community that helped raise me.

I'm Becky Ashmore, I've been a licensed Nail Technician since 1994. I offer a variety of relaxing manicures and soothing pedicures. I'm trained with the Dazzle Dry Nail System, which is long-lasting, quick-drying, nontoxic and made from vegan ingredients. I like to make my clients time in the chair enjoyable, comfortable, and full of fun! I also specialize in SNS dip manicures!

Hi! I’m Danielle, a licensed esthetician and massage therapist with over a decade of experience in the spa and wellness industry.
My journey began in 2011 when I graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy. In 2021, I followed my passion for skincare and became a licensed esthetician through NuAge Paramedical Aesthetics & Laser College. Since then, I’ve continued expanding my education and training in advanced and corrective skincare.
I believe skincare should never be one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re dealing with acne, signs of aging, pigmentation, sensitivity, or just want to relax and take some time for yourself, every treatment is customized to your skin and your goals.
My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can relax, ask questions, and feel comfortable. I love combining results-driven skincare with a relaxing experience, so you can leave feeling refreshed, confident, and excited about your skin!
